Middletown Animal Clinic is located in the beautiful Pelham Bay section of the Bronx. Specifically, we are at 2968 Middletown Road, on the corner of Crosby Avenue.  We are easily accessible from Interstate 95 and The Hutchinson River Parkway.  For those of you using public transportation, we are only a few blocks from the 6 Train.
