 The care that you have given Rocky has gone above and beyond any expectations we could have thought was possible. As you know, Rocky is very special to us. He has had a few rough patches over the year but every time we take him to you and your wonderful staff, he bounces back. He is a 12 year old Min Pin who has kidney failure. We want to thank you with all of our hearts for everything you have done for us.

My cats have been patients at the Middletown Animal Clinic for nearly ten years. I am very satisfied with the care they have received at the dedicated, caring hands of Doctor Earle and Doctor Bates. It has been my experience that each doctor truly cares about the health and well-being of the animals they treat. They are also very attentive to the concerns of each pet’s human caregiver.

In addition to the exceptional medical staff, I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Nancy, Regina, Cheri, Natalie and Cassie, the wonderful women who, among other things, answer the phones, schedule the appointments, dispense the medicines, handle the animals and assist in surgery. For me, they are the heart of the Middletown Animal Clinic. As the ones on the frontlines, they are the first to come in contact with the patients and their owners. Their genuine kindness, compassion, consideration and professionalism make a visit to the vet much less stressful for both the pet and owner than it might otherwise be. They are the best!

I am the owner of 7 dogs (4 Boxers, 2 Jack Russell’s and 1 Yorkie) and we would never go anywhere else but to Middletown Animal Clinic for my pets care. Dr. Earle is an excellent veterinarian. He has cared for all of my dogs from puppy to adulthood. He is extremely knowledgeable, and does not waste time and money with non-essential testing. He is always honest and upfront about a diagnosis. Every visit is met with compassion and expertise by the entire staff.

Dr. Bates is also very knowledgeable and cares for my dogs with compassion. My dogs love the staff which makes bringing them to the vet much easier. My female boxer starts to cry if she doesn’t see one of the staff members behind the desk because she loves her so much. I also love the fact that it is so well-kept and clean. I have recommended Middletown Animal Clinic to all of my friends and they have thanked me for it. They too feel their animals are in good hands.
